Sales Operations Manager
What we’re looking for:

As an Sales Operations Manager, you are passionate about great customer experiences and empathize with clients’ goals and challenges, demonstrating good instincts about consumer behavior and business dynamics

Additionally, a successful candidate will have:

  • Experience developing and converting business development plans into actual sales orders
  • Demonstrate ability to target potential clients, and make in-person presentations to win contracts
  • Proven success developing, iterating and managing teams
  • Practical knowledge of product management practices including roadmap development, systems development life cycle, concept validation, requirements definition, and feature prioritization.
  • Strong track record of data-driven decision-making with an ability to visualize customer behavior through metrics.
  • Strong ability to process and synthesize information, quickly build domain knowledge, draw logical conclusions, and frame decisions.
  • Strong ability to create a clear, succinct narrative in verbal/visual/written form
  • Ability to rally the team and stakeholders around a vision, especially within a highly-collaborative and non-hierarchical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and understand the strategy and to inform and make strategic tradeoffs.
  • Quick learner of computer software used to design the logos, and ability to quickly learn operation of production machines

What you’ll do:

As an Sales Operations Manager, you will help craft a compelling vision for our design product services, sales, rally the team to deliver value for our customers, create a roadmap to identify and pursue deals, and create a competitive advantage for our business. This role requires a combination of traditional client face to face engagement and eCommerce strategy and execution. 

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage deep customer insights and product sense to identify high-impact customer problems and opportunities
  • Lead the product and sales discovery process to identify, refine, and prioritize these opportunities
  • Recommend and balance a portfolio of short-term wins and long-term strategic moves, that help achieve 73 Prince Design’s overall goals.
  • Be heavily involved in customer research activities including market research, usability testing, live on-site experiments, and analysis of site and social media analytics
  • Identify and monitor critical metrics, and draw insights for strategic and tactical decisions about product health and product opportunities.
  • Balance appropriate tradeoffs between business goals, user goals, scalability/maintainability, time-to-market, and process efficiency
  • Communicate your vision and roadmap to leaders and stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
  • Collaborate with production specialists to make strategic and tactical decisions about product functionality on a daily basis.
  • In this role, you will work closely with many other members of the team and other stakeholders across 73 Prince Design such as Production, Marketing, Sales and Operations to achieve cross-functional wins for the company.

Required education/experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, in Business, Arts, Science, Engineering or Related Field
  • Sales experience required
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent English required, ability to speak additional languages advantageous.
  • Ability to travel domestically required.

Production Specialist
What we’re looking for:

  • The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate efficiency and diligence in handling physical tasks within a stimulating, hands-on work environment.
  • Proficiency in technology and attention to detail are essential to produce high quality work.
  • This role requires consistent attendance and punctuality, handle tasks such as semi-heavy lifting

What you’ll do:

  • Perform a variety of roles including shipping and receiving, screen fabrication, workflow, kitting, and digital production
  • Operate production equipment including computers used to design logos, embroidery machines, and digital printers
  • Provide quality control by inspecting goods before, during, and after the stitching process to ensure each order meets customer expectations
  • Follow established tasks and processes to maximize productivity and consistent, high-quality results
  • You will be trained on production machine
  • You be trained on computer software
